When multiple parts are needed, RTV (room temperature vulcanized) tooling and Urethane castings can be used to fill the gap between prototype and production. Urethane castings can be color matched by either a pantone number or a supplied color chip and can be molded in color/texture or painted in custom color/texture with applied graphics specified by the customer. Modelvision can offer our customers many different material options and can simulate many of the thermoplastics' characteristics of hardness, clarity, flexibility and impact resistance giving you cast urethane prototype the same look and feel as a true production part.

With this process, we are also able to create co-molded parts using rigid and flexible urethane.
